Q: What are your store hours?

 

  A: We are open from 7:30-5:30 monday thru Sat. and closed on Sunday.  We do shorten hours of operation starting November 1st  thru March 15th. 

 

Q:  Where are you located?

 

A: Our Okemos store's physical address is 1842 W. Grand River Ave, Okemos, MI 48864.  We are just east of Marsh Rd., across from Dusty's cellar, next to Courtsey Ford Dealership, and 2 doors east of Verizon Wireless store.

 

A: Our Grand Ledge store's physical address is 5500 E Saginaw Hwy, Grand Ledge, MI 48837.  We are just 1/2 mile east of M-100 on the south side of the road near Shell Gas Station, Hyundai of Lansing, and Sundance Chevrolet.

 

Q:  Can anybody rent your equipment?

 

A:  Yes.  We do require a valid form of identification (preferably a Michigan Drivers License) and a security deposit (credit card or cash). 

 

 

Q:  How can I pay?

 

A:  We take Visa/Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.  We do not accept business or personal checks. 

 

 

Q:  Does the equipment have insurance?

 

A:  No.  If something happens to the equipment the renter is responsible 

 

Q:  What happens if something breaks or does not work?

 

A:  Call us immediately and let us know what the problem is.  We will work to remedy the situation so you can resume operation as quickly as possible. 

 

Q:  Do you have after hours pick up of drop off?

 

A: No, everything must be received or returned during business hours.

 

Q:  Can I reserve your equipment?

 

A: Yes,  we encourage all of our customers to reserve the equipment.  Generally speaking, giving us 2 to 3 days notice is the best policy to ensure that the item you want will be available.

 

Q:  How early should I reserve my graduation open house items?

 

A:  It's never too early.  Some  people reserve as early as January.  We do offer discounts/promotions for those customers who reserve items before March 31st.

 

Q:  What if the machine works as it should but doesn't get my job done?  Do I still have to pay for the rental?

 

A:  The quick answer is yes.  To avoid this from happening please tell us what you are doing and ask questions to insure that the item you are renting will perform the job you are doing.
