WE ARE CURRENTLY ON OUR WINTER HOURS SCHEDULE!

Our Okemos store is located at 1842 W. Grand River Ave in Okemos, MI.  It is just east of Marsh Road, across from Dusty’s Cellar, between Courtesy Ford and Sherwin Williams Paint.

Our Grand Ledge store is located at 5500 E. Saginaw Hwy in Grand Ledge.  It is 1/2 mile east of M-100 on the south side of the road near Shell Gas Station, Hyundai of Lansing, and Sundance Chevrolet.

Yes.  We do require a valid form of identification (preferably a Michigan Drivers License) and a security deposit (credit card or cash).

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Cash.  We no longer accept business or personal checks.

No, the Skidsteers, Mini Excavators, and CBL Backhoe do not require certification or licensing.  Our knowledgeable staff can teach you basic techniques for this equipment in 5 to 10 minutes.

No, If the equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged the renter is legally responsible for said equipment.

Call us immediately and let us know what the problem is.  We will work to remedy the situation so you can resume operation as quickly as possible.

Yes, we encourage all of our customers to reserve equipment ahead of time to ensure availability.

It’s never too early.  We begin receiving reservations for open house items in January.  Canopy packages are typically fully booked by the end of March.

Party Goods reservations require a non-refundable deposit of half the equipment rental cost.

Yes, by signing the rental agreement and leaving our premises with the equipment you are agreeing to the rental fee for that item.  To avoid instances where you select the wrong tool for the job, please tell us about your project and what you need to accomplish and we will do our best to match you with the best equipment for the job.  Ultimately you the customer must make the final decision on which equipment is the correct equipment for your project.

Damage Waiver is a non-refundable fee that is charged to all customers that releases them from liability for certain types of damage to the rented equipment.  It is not a warranty or insurance but more of an assurance that if certain damages occur while you are renting then you will not be held responsible for those damages.

Damage to equipment due to improper use, negligence, or neglect.  Damage due to exceeding the rated capacity of equipment.  Damage to tires, tubes, and wheels regardless of cause.  Damage from unloading, loading, or transporting equipment.  Damage exceeding $500 in replacement cost.

Yes, damage waiver is mandatory on all equipment.  However Damage Waiver can be waived if the customer maintains a current certificate of insurance that provides coverage for “Construction Rental Equipment” and names AC&E Rentals Inc as an additional insured and loss payee.
